This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, as well as other global privacy regulations.
We prioritize user privacy. The App developer does NOT collect, store, process, or share any personal user data directly. All core functions of the App operate locally on your device without any user data uploads to our servers. However, the App integrates third-party services (Google AdMob and Google Firebase) that may automatically collect certain technical and usage data as described below.
We explicitly confirm that we do not collect any of the following user information through our App:
Personal identifiable information (name, email, phone number, address, ID information)
Device sensitive information (IMEI, MAC address, serial number)
User local files, contacts, photos, or private content
Precise geographic location data
User behavior logs, browsing records, or usage history beyond what is described in the third-party sections below
When users scan a WiFi QR code, the App temporarily invokes the system network configuration functionality to help users quickly connect to the network. The App itself does not collect, store, or upload any WiFi names or passwords.
No user accounts, profiles, or personal records are created or maintained by us. The App runs entirely on the user's local device with no direct backend data collection by the developer.
Our App integrates Google AdMob, a third-party mobile advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements within the App. Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain non-identifiable technical data for advertising delivery, performance measurement, and ad optimization purposes.
The data collected and processed by Google AdMob may include:
Device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / IDFA)
Basic device information (device model, operating system version, screen resolution)
General regional location data (country/region level, no precise GPS location)
Ad interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, and engagement statistics)
Important Note: All data processing mentioned above is independently controlled and managed by Google. We have no access, control, or storage rights to any data collected by Google AdMob.
Our App integrates the Google Firebase SDK, a set of backend and analytics services provided by Google LLC, to help us monitor app performance, diagnose crashes, and understand aggregate usage patterns so that we can improve the stability and quality of the App. Firebase may automatically collect and process certain technical and anonymized usage data.
The specific Firebase services used and the data they may collect include:
Firebase Analytics collects anonymized, aggregate usage data to help us understand how users interact with the App. The data collected may include:
Anonymized app instance identifier (Firebase App Instance ID, a per-install random identifier that does not personally identify you)
Basic device information (device model, operating system version, screen resolution, app version, language setting)
General regional location data (country/region level derived from IP address, no precise GPS location)
Aggregate usage events (e.g., app opens, session duration, screen views, and predefined in-app actions)
IP address (used for country/region-level geolocation and may be stored temporarily by Google)
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash and error reports to help us identify and fix stability issues. The data collected may include:
Crash logs and stack traces (including the state of the app at the time of the crash)
Basic device information (device model, operating system version, app version, build number)
Anonymized installation identifier (Crashlytics Installation UUID)
Free RAM and disk space, battery level, and network connection type at the time of the crash
Firebase Performance Monitoring collects performance metrics to help us optimize app speed and responsiveness. The data collected may include:
App launch time and screen rendering duration
Network request performance (URL, response time, success rate, payload size) for requests made by the App
Basic device and network information (device model, OS version, network type, country/region level)
If the App sends push notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may collect the following data to deliver notifications:
FCM registration token (a per-app, per-device identifier used to route push notifications)
Notification delivery and engagement statistics (received, opened, dismissed)
Important Note: All data collected by Firebase is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers. The data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policies. We access Firebase data only through the Firebase console in aggregated, anonymized form for the purpose of improving the App. We do not sell, rent, or share Firebase data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the data processing activities described above are based on the following legal grounds under GDPR:
Google AdMob (personalized advertising): Based on your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You have the right to accept or refuse personalized advertising, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Google AdMob (non-personalized advertising): Based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for maintaining free App operation.
Firebase Analytics: Based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for understanding aggregate usage patterns and improving the App's functionality and user experience. Where Analytics data is used for advertising personalization or cross-app tracking, it is based on your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Firebase Crashlytics & Performance Monitoring: Based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) for ensuring app stability, security, and performance.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: Based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) if you opt in to push notifications, or on legitimate interest for essential service notifications.
As a user located in GDPR-regulated regions, you hold the following data subject rights:
Right to Access: Request details of data processed by third-party services (Google AdMob and Google Firebase)
Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your advertising-related and analytics data stored by Google
Right to Restriction of Processing: Restrict personalized ad data processing and analytics data collection
Right to Data Portability: Obtain your processed data in a readable format
Right to Object: Object to personalized advertising and to data processing based on legitimate interest (where applicable)
Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke your previously granted ad consent or push notification consent at any time without penalty
Since we do not collect any user data directly, all data-related rights inquiries for AdMob and Firebase data must be submitted to Google directly via Google's official privacy channels. You may also manage your Google account privacy settings at Google Account Privacy Settings.
You can manage or disable personalized advertising and analytics data collection at any time through your device settings and app preferences:
Android Devices (Ad Personalization): Settings > Privacy > Ads > Disable personalized advertising
iOS Devices (Ad Personalization): Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable Allow Apps to Request to Track
Firebase Analytics Opt-out: You may opt out of Firebase Analytics data collection by enabling the "Limit Ad Tracking" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting on your device, which also prevents Analytics from being used for advertising purposes. For a complete opt-out of Analytics collection, please contact us at the email listed below and we will provide app-specific opt-out instructions where available.
Push Notifications (FCM): You may disable push notifications for the App at any time via your device's notification settings (Android: Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Notifications; iOS: Settings > Notifications > [App Name]).
Disabling personalized advertising or analytics will not affect the basic use of our App. You may continue to use all core functions; you will simply receive non-personalized advertisements, and anonymized crash/performance data may still be collected to ensure app stability.
Google AdMob's and Google Firebase's data processing activities are governed exclusively by Google's own privacy policies and terms. We strongly recommend you review the official policies for full details:
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from children. If you believe we have obtained any child's personal data through third-party services, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate relevant deletion procedures with third-party providers.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to comply with legal requirements or service adjustments. Any updates will be posted within the App or on our official privacy page. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions regarding this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us via email at: leewellinf@gmail.com
We will respond to all valid privacy-related inquiries within 30 calendar days.
Final Statement: Except for the limited data automatically collected by Google AdMob (for advertising) and Google Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and push notifications) as stated above, we maintain zero direct user data collection, zero user data storage, and zero user data sharing practices. This policy fully meets GDPR transparency and compliance requirements for mobile applications integrating Google AdMob and Google Firebase services.
